No charge will be made for residue determination or drying. The results will be reported normally within two days. Results can be faxed or e-mailed for a $1.00 charge or by phone for $2.00. Samples returned will include a charge for postage.
PACKAGING
It is recommended that the samples be suitably packed to withstand handling in the mail. To facilitate the mailing of samples, the submitter can be supplied with labels bearing our address and upon request suitable mailing cartons are available for a nominal charge.
SAMPLES
In the case of solid materials, the samples will be assumed to be dry unless otherwise stated and should amount to ca. 5 mg per determination. Liquid samples should be suitably protected by metal foil in the cap if submitted in screw cap vial. Volatile and/or air-sensitive substances should best be sealed in small break-open ampoules. All remaining sample will be returned to submitters for postal charges only.
SUBMISSION FORMS
These are in general self –explanatory. It is requested that they be filled in completely, one for each sample with an appropriate ID Number. Under the item Remarks should include any characteristics, if known, which may effect the analysis, e.g. volatile, air or moisture sensitive, etc. Be sure to list any and all known hazards. The submission forms should be included with the samples. These prices are subject to change without notice. |
